Call our office at 850-910-4300 ex 1. Or call the listing agent directly. We show all of our houses. Go to the Homes For Rent and find the home you want to apply. Read Rental Criteria carefully, application fee is non-refundable.
What if I do not meet the requirements for application approval? +
If an applicant does not meet all of our required criteria, we may contact the owner of the property to get an individual approval or denial based on the information that we have obtained. Conditional applications may also be accepted; such conditions may be (but are not limited to) a higher security deposit or certified fund payments only.

You will have 48 hours to secure a property, approved applicants must fully pay the required security deposit and sign the Rental Lease Agreement. This property would then come off the market.
